this is a quick translation, as I don't have much time tonight, but I hope it might put you on the right track.

profit corporation: société à buts lucratifs.

(your sentence): " Si un amendement requiers une reclassification des actions émises, les dispositions nécessaires à l'exécution de l'amendement (à moins qu'elles ne soient inclues dans l'amendement lui-même) seront comme suit: N/A"

Hope it helps.

société à but lucratif

I agree with the first translator for the first phrase:'société à but lucratif' (without 's'). 'Lucratif' means 'profit-making' in French.

I would translate the second phrase
'Si un amendement stipule une reclassification des actions émises, les dispositions nécessaires à l'application de l'amendement - si elles ne sont pas incluses dans l'amendement lui-même - seront les suivantes: N/A'
'To provide for' in a legal context means 'stipuler' or 'prévoir qque chose'.
I hope this is helpful to you.
