Include store management and their consultants as well as your own personnel.
Any temporary staff you hire will also need to be trained.
Key selling periods are when you should schedule time in-store to be selling alongside your *generic staff*.
In many stores you will you will rely on the *Generic Staff* to help make launches and events a success. TIP: To motivate and encourage the staff implement an incentive

Si je comprends bien, les différentes catégories de personnel sont :
- les intérimaires ("temporary staff")
- encadrement du magasin + conseillères beauté du magasin ("store management & their consultants")
- conseillères de la marque ("your own personnel")

Ma question est :
generic staff = personnel permanent du magasin qui n'est pas spécialement dédié à la marque en temps normal ???

Asker: Merci ! Il ne fait pas de doute pour moi non plus qu'il s'agit de personnel permanent. En fait ma question porte plus sur le fait de savoir si "generic" s'oppose à "personnel dédié à la marque" ou s'il englobe TOUT le personnel permanent du magasin (de la marque ou pas)...
