English term or phrase: differentials / baselines
Texte sur le E-Business
Contexte :
Web deployment most often requires multiple metrics to reach accurate conclusions. Sometimes the results for a project delivers mixed results, such as lengthening the sales cycle—perhaps because of increased product confusion—but reducing the transaction cost for each sale. Mixed results require careful analysis to determine the accuracy of a solution, and accurate differentials require accurate baselines.

différentielles / références

Explanation:
differentials = différentielles (commonly used in economics and business contexts).
