lead-time = délai d'exécution : Temps prévu pour la mise en oeuvre d'une activité ayant fait l'objet d'une planification. DEF – Laps de temps qui s'écoule entre la conception d'un plan et son exécution.

on dit "frais d'outillage" pour "tooling charges"

tooling = outillage

je trouve qu'il n'y a pas besoin du "d" dans "d'outillage" - ça suit le style "jargon des affaires".
