Julia a pris le parti d'une phrase mal construite, cela ne me semble pas évident, je comprends
"minimizing technology risk AND minimizing technology exposure"

technology risk = risque technologique (ça tu l'avais deviné)...

technology exposure = exposition à la technologie, autrement dit en la minimisant, l'utilisateur n'a pas à la connaître, c'est ce que l'on appelle une technologie transparente, d'où ma proposition, étant entendu qu'en français on ne peut pas effectuer les "mises en facteur" aussi facilement qu'en américain.
