Marketing et informatique

Our major focus area is in maintaining the skill freshness of our technical resources. The ICT industry is infinitely transitioning from one technology to another. Our goal, to remain a leading service provider, is to ensure we have the skills competency, corporate capability, depth and availability of resources to meet our customer's needs. While other providers base training on direction from their suppliers or OEMs, IBM is driven by our customer's needs.

IBM has extensive partnerships, certifications and relationships with technology industry leaders. Our knowledge, expertise and capability cover Intel based systems, RISC systems as well as midrange systems.

IBM has been involved with Microsoft products for several years, and has been a Global Microsoft Alliance Partner since 1998. Our investment in Microsoft is substantial and was approximately $12 Million USD in 2000. At the end of 2000, we had established 25 MICROSOFT PRACTICES worldwide and are currently certifying Microsoft professionals at the rate of 600 per year through our Getronics Virtual University.
