Si pour vous, il n'y a pas d'ambiguité, évitez l'anglicisme, mais il y a une certaine différence. Sachez néanmoins que j'ai travaillé dans des supermarchés et l'expression est utilisée.
"Produits en facing" se trouve sur Google.

disagree  Claire Chapman: It may not be possible to put all of the garments which are on mannequins in the front of the shelf or window. However, the front of the garment, wherever it is placed, should face forward, towards the customer.

IMO, your best solution for this term is to rewrite the sentence and not worry about matching the term "front facing." In this context, they are more concerned that the product(s) should be oriented so that the front of the product is facing the the customer (as he or she would typically view it). If the product located on an aisle inside the store, that orientation may not be toward the front of the store.

Facing Surface verticale occupée par un produit, vu de face lors de sa présentation sur le lieu de vente. Exprimé le plus souvent en centimètres et en nombre d’unités, il est l’une des données essentielles du merchandising qui conditionne l’impact en linéaire, d’un produit sur le comportement d’achat consommateur. Il ne tient pas compte de la profondeur des étagères et donc du nombre d’UVC (unité de vente consommateur) total présentes dans le linéaire. A priori, plus le facing est important, plus les opportunités de contact et donc d’achat sont importantes. Mais son calcul fait l’objet d’une analyse précise, car en fonction de la nature du point de vente, de celle du produit et de l’intensité concurrentielle de la catégorie notamment, son augmentation n’est pas toujours synonyme d’augmentation des ventes. L’arrêté du 30 septembre 1991 relatif à la terminologie économique et financière recommande le terme « frontal ».

Yes, you want to build a culture that encourages leadership and ownership, but if the standards are not clear, the interpretations will vary. Do the signs go this way? or that way? What should be in the first zone on any given day? Should the product be **side facing or front facing**? These are just a few examples of nebulous areas in most chains' communication to store operators.
