Donc je suppose qu'on fait une enquête marketing pour savoir si les particuliers font du trading en ligne et quel genre de trader amateur ils sont. Prennent-ils des risques, se contentent-ils de petits gains, connaissent-il un peu ou beaucoup les instruments financiers, etc.

On dit aussi souvent: "profil d'investisseur", mais cela, c'est pour l'investissement à long terme. Il y a ceux qui veulent des placements sûrs même s'ils rapportent peu, ceux qui aiment le risque pour gagner plus quitte à perdre beaucoup, et ceux, plus avisés, qui font un mix intelligent (quelle partie de leur patrimoine sont-ils prêts à perdre et donc à risquer moyennant forte rémunération?). Mais on sort du sujet ici.

agree  Frankie JB: Pour bien connaître le domaine, je pense que c'est la meilleure option. Je n'ai rencontré aucun contexte où le mot "trading" était fidèlement traduisible par "investissement". Waren Buffet est un investisseur, les traders n'en sont pas.
