The ganging kit’s connecting blocks will be substituted for the connecting blocks that are supplied with the lights in a “ganged” installation only.

Est-ce que ça veut dire qu'ils remplaceront les "connecting blocks". C'est le "for" qui me cause un problème. On a pas dit "substituted by".
