Also check that the turrets of the Sub-D9 connectors are properly fastened, with washers on the front and anti-nuts on the rear.
I think that's the whole point: they're not really 'anti-' anything — I can't believe it would ever be correctly expressed this way in proper technical EN.
I think David is right in surmising this must be a text originally in another language — which oddly enough could even have been FR in the first place! Note that in EN we can say 'counter-nut' too, even though that is perhaps not the commonest way of expressing the same idea.
