I did not use websites. I am a pharmacist and confirmed this information in my reference books.

paracétamol

Explanation:
Gladstone gives two equivalents: acétaminophène and paracétamol.
The common name used on drug packages is paracétamol, almost never acetaminophène. It all depends whether you are dealing with drug forms or other uses of acetaminophen.

paracétamol

Explanation:
If this is for France, paracétamol is the only name known which can be found in the "Vidal" and in the "atlas de poche de pharmacologie"

Do not use "acétaminophène" if your translation is for France, nobody uses this term.

Good luck

17 hrs
Acetaminophène

Explanation:
If the English text says “Acetominophen”, say “Acetaminophène”. If the text was supposed to be for the ordinary user who is familiar with brand names such as Paracetamol, the brand name would have been used in English as well. They calibrate the substance, not the product. If you feel, however, that you have to mention brand names, please be advised that in Quebec, Canada, Tylenol is the most common brand, not Paracetamol, and it is possible that in other countries other brands are more familiar.
