anomalies du comportement alimentaire

Explanation:
This is another suggestion, also from the Harrison, in the case where the disorder is psychological rather than physiological. In this case, it is the subject's behaviour which is abnormal. Hope these two answers help. Note: Harrison is considered the bible of Internal Medecine, usually by physicians around the world.

Troubles alimentaires or troubles du comportement alimentaire

Explanation:
According to the Larousse Unabridged Electronic Dictionary, either of these terms can be used for "eating disorder". Also, if you do an internet search for either one of those terms, it will give you web sites for all the different types of eating disorders.

trouble alimentaire, troubles alimentaires, désordre alimentaire

Explanation:
Aftr consulting numerous internet sites on boulimie an anorexie, I can confirm that these expressions can be used. Troubles in its plural form indicates the whole of disorders or a non-defined disorder. It has a notion of vagueness. In the singular form it indicates a well defined or known or understood form of disorder. The term désordre is used in connection with mental disorders. Still I don't like it too much in this context.
