neutral  Catherine GUILLIAUMET: Quand on utilise "double insu" c'est "en", pas "à". Quant à refuser systématiquement l'aveugle, simlple ou double, comme certains puristes, c'est ridicule. Ce sont les anglais qui ont traduit notre expression scientifique depuis le 18e, pas le contraire

  -> En ou à? Au Canada du moins, comme le souligne Termium, c'est à. Voir aussi le Dictionnaire des pièges pour insu (Jean Girodet). En effet, le refus systématique d'une option est rarement justifiable, c'est selon le contexte de la traduction.
