Comment diriez-vous ?

Pour l'instant, voilà où j'en suis :
"La médication à court terme de la douleur (du paracétamol ou, si nécessaire, des AINS) est généralement prescrite pour pouvoir suivre le conseil de rester actif."
Mais cela ne me satisfait pas...
