agree  Lorraine Dubuc: Intervieweur qualifié est définitivement plus courant que 'formé'. On dit professionnel ou qualifié mais formé, c'est plus rare. Même intervieweur de métier serait correct.

agree  erwan-l: Yes indeed, IMHO: “trained”, with or without a specific qualification in the field. Maybe, to emphasise: « dûment formé », at the risk of overtranslating.
