English term or phrase: a double lead screw thread
"With a double lead screw thread for secure attachment, these high-quality needles can be used for repeated injections with the same patient in the same sitting."

This is describing a new screw system to attach needles. The extent of my knowldege on screws being somewhat limited, I am struggling to work out what this may be.

Any help would be gratefully received. Thank you!
