Explanation:
Plus vous imposez de traitements à votre nourriture, plus vous en éliminez des élements nutritifs qui sont bons pour vous et, de surcroît, vous ajoutez un traitement qui rend la nourriture plus aisément assimilable -comme le sucre.
En fait, c'est toute l'idée que les aliments "raffinés" (comme le sucre, le riz blancs, la farine blanche) perdent es fibres qu'ils contiennent et donc sont plus facilement assimilés par l'organisme et, donc, conduisent à une augmentation rapide du taux de sucre dans le sang (hyperglycémie) ce qui cause une "poussée" d'insuline qui a pour but de réduire ce même taux de sucre. Au bout du processus (et du traitement de la nourriture) il y a le diabète (qui devient une des maladies les plus fréquentes du monde "civilisé", depuis quelques décennies)...
