Anyway, there are at least two possibilities: ...concernant 'Jours de Ventes Exceptionnels' or 'Jours de Ventes qui restent' with 'outstanding' in the sense of 'remaining', even though I don't think this is the case here given your heading 'Positive Examples' Then again, if 'Jours de Ventes Exceptionnels' is what is meant here, I wonder why your sentence doesn't read 'Outstanding Sales/Selling Days' ?
