It's hollywood's new word, we seem to be hearing it more and more these days and in every television show or new movie.

It is a colloquialism to mean jerk (or some other colourful words such as: , asshole, idiot, nimrod, etc.) with reference to men. I believe it comes from the action "to hump" which I think you probably know what that one means.
