hi there. posted this yesterday but nobody had any clue so thought i'd try again! have a wee bit more info on it - apparently it's a traditional Scottish ingredient - so obviuosly won't find a translation - if anyone has an idea let me know!!! Have called the agency but they don't have the restaurant phone number - and has to be in today so can't wait! Thanks guys!
