Ici, il me semble qu'il s'agit tout simplement d'une espèce d'hotel/motel du type "Campanile" ou "Ibis". Je viens de regarder le site de la chaîne 'Accor' et en effet, ils utilisent le mot 'hôtel'. Certainement la chaîne "Travelodge" en Grande Bretagne utilise le mot "lodge" pour décrire le bâtiment central contenant les chambres principaux......

Explanation:
When a lodge is a house in the woods the proper term is "cabine". But it does not fit with the 30 rooms but would with the individual "cabins". If the place is in the mountains You could use "Chalet" which could have 30 rooms. If it is not in the mountains I see no other solution but to under translate lodge, with only the residential concept, and report the aspectual concept onto the the individual units, using the word "cabine" there (eventhough you probably are as leary of using "cabine" for "cabin".
This would then give something like this:
"En plus du corps de résidence central, avec ses 30 chambres, notre auberge propose 6 cabines individuelles grand standing, avec tout le confort d'un chez soi"

lodge=petite maison
also cabine, although cabine is used for a house in the woods,for a ski hut or a hunting logde.
Since you are using lodge in connection with a small hotel, maisonnette fits in the context.
