I can assure you that for a translation intended for France Jeu télévisé is the term that is frequently heard on tv radio etc.

I have never heard of jeu questionnaire in France which leads me to guess (only) that it would probably be a term used in Canada or maybe elsewhere.

I have my reservations as to whether a French person would understand jeu questionnaire
