English term or phrase:beach skyride
One-and-a-half miles long with New Jersey's only beach skyride, games of chance, antique carousel, plenty of food, and much more.
Explanation: Hi: I don't think "beach skyride" refers to water skiing at all, I believe "sky" refers to "ciel" and has nothing to do with "ski", meaning you are uplifted with a parachute high in the air from the beach by a speedboat which starts from the shore.
I think this sport is called "ski ascensionnel, I saw it in Mexico in a tourist resort.
Hope it helps.
