English term or phrase: a one bedroom flat
Shall I put 'un appartement deux pièces', 'un deux pièces' or something else??

Thanks,

Explanation:
'un deux pièces' is OK if quoting speech, or 'un appartement de deux pièces' in a more general statement.

You could also use 'un appartement F2' (or T2) or 'un F2' (or T2), depending on the context.

BUT

BE VERY CAREFUL about jumping to conclusions, because not all one-bedroomed flats have two rooms !!!

I know of flats with two living rooms and one bedroom, which would obviously be 'un trois pièces'.

If you are not able to check, it may be better simply to use 'appartement avec une (seule) chambre'.

Un 3-1/2 / Un trois pièces

Explanation:

Explanation:
C'est la terminologie officielle.
Les pièces autres que les chambres
sont sous-entendues (cuisine, séjour, salle de bain)

un deux-pièces

Explanation:
There is no knowing what some British estate agents may classify as a one bedroom flat, but let's keep things simple: one bedroom flat = deux pièces
