te voir/vous voir en decembre

Explanation:
te voir/vous voir en decembre

(no upper case for December in FR) - accent aigu sur le 1er "e" though

de te (vous) revoir en décembre

Explanation:
assuming that the beginning of the sentence is "I'm looking forward to..."

You would say: "Je suis impatient de te (vous) revoir en décembre"

You should use 'tu' if speaking to one person, to whom you are very close.

If addressing more than one person, or a more distant person, you should use 'vous'.

On se revoit en décembre

Explanation:
This is hard to answer, because it seems as though there would be something surrounding your phrase, even in English, eg. "I'll be seeing you in December".

My translation means: "I'll see you again in December" or more precisely: "We'll see each other again in December".

If, however, you are meeting this person for the first time in December, it would be more correct to say: "On se voit en décembre".

Perhaps throw an "alors" in there too: "Alors, on se revoit en décembre..."
