In the absence of this context, "un nouveau départ" from Celine would be all right, but it could also be :
"recommencer à zéro"
"repartir à zéro"
"partir d'un nouveau pied"
or even, why not :
"se donner une nouvelle chance"
""refaire sa vie"
"une aube nouvelle"
or even :
