N'ayant jamais rencontré le terme "stricking" et pour rester dans le contexte de ta précédente question (je n'ai pas trouvé le site cette fois):

Strike-through (sans le c) : perception au verso du papier se manifestant au cours d'une impression exécutée avec des encres séchant par absorption et renferment un colorant qui se dépose par pénétration.
