Ce terme est employé à plusieurs reprises dans un article concernant les TOC (Troubles obsessionnels compulsifs) rédigé par un médecin.
Il est, entre autres, employé dans les phrases :
- "Do not use this information in response to a spike.[...]".
- "the spike "Oh my God, I may be gay," is only meaningful because of its accompanying anxiety.".
Il est également enmployé comme adjectif, par exemple :
- "there is little to no "conflict or mental chafing" in response to being spiked.".
