English term or phrase: technification
sociologie
yor
......technicité
Explanation:
This looks like a newly invented word by Sociologists, meaning, so I understand, the transformation of something (society..) into something else that's very technical.

Either I would keep the same word because it is very likely that it is also used by french specialists (send an email to a Sociology school in France before ?)

or give us more context

or find a way of expressing the rise of "technicité" in the text, if that is what is being said??

I also have a degree in Psychology - words like this are quite regularly being invented!

Best of luck !
Corinne
