Valeur de niveau de jeu d'un golfeur qui sert à équilibrer les résultats dans les compétitions entre joueurs amateurs.

Notes :
1. Le terme « marge d'erreur » est aussi employé pour désigner le handicap d'un golfeur.
2. Le handicap est obtenu en additionnant les dix plus bas écarts entre le compte du jeu et l'évaluation du parcours, parmi les vingt écarts obtenus lors des vingt dernières parties de golf.
