Sports / Fitness / Recreation / Shoes
English term or phrase: eye-stay
Voici la phrase complète : Made of soft football leather upper and with stitching detail in the toe, serrated eye-stay and stripes

, c'est ceci, qui ne m'éclaire pas vraiment :" Eye stay - A piece of material to strengthen the upper at the tie holes which can be overlaid, underlain, or inserted between the upper and lining. [Webber] "

Merci d'avance

Explanation:
A première vue.

www.randonner.leger.free.fr/matos/caracraid2.htm
