English term or phrase: dome camera
The features of the color dome camera are:

330 TV lines of resolution
360 degrees manual pan & tilt
AGC
AWB

TermiumPlus does not have the proper rendering for DOME CAMERA I believe.

French translation:caméra dome
Explanation:
I found two manufacturers base in France with websites which you can consult although they do not use the same term but I suspect that the product is not exaclty the same.

The company HYMATOM (webref below) produces somthing they refer to as "une caméra dome" (or more familiarly, once you are into it, "une dome") which is very probably similar to your product with the 360° capability. I did not find any picture here though but I did not go through the whole site. The term is there though.

GEUTEBRUCK produce a camera which they describe as a "caméra couleur intégrée en boitier demi-sphere" ref. GVK-075/S. This site had a picture above the product description. A "demi-sphere" and a "dome" are the same to my mind but there term does rather go a long way about it. Lots more tehcnical description on this site which may come in useful to you.

Sounds like you could go for the "caméra dome".

Some results I got (for 'dead' pages) lead me onto HITACHI. Press releases for a 1VK-K7 14E. However, nothing on their site came up with a dome camera, or with a model of this reference number.

As for your other terms :

- 330 TV lines of resolution = résolution, définition (d'image) en 330 lines TV (les termes résolution & définition comprennent déjà le sens de lignes)

- 360 degrees manual pan & tilt =
[pan-and-tilt head ?] plate-forme à panoramique horizontal & vertical..., plate-forme panoramique totale...;
[pan-and-tilt shot ?] panoramique composé..., prise de vue en panoramique diagonal...;
[pan-and-tilt mechaism ?] plateforme universelle...;

... manuel(le) à 360°

- AGC (anti-glare control ?) = controle anti-éblouissant ? Anti-glare exists, but as for anti-glare control? OU
- AGC (automatic gain control) = controle automatique de volume, controle automatique de gain, antifading.

- AWB (automatic white balance) = réglage automatique du blanc.

Hope to have been of assistance.

Nikki

Can it be "appareil-photo de dôme" for 'dome camera'? This is just a guess.

oops!

Explanation:
Why have I started introducing the sort of grammar mistakes and typos that my mother would have sent me to bed early for??? "There" instead of "their" for example. Sorry,it's late!

Caméra dôme

Explanation:
As often, the most obvious translation is the right one. You can see a picture of the "camera dome" (which is a surveillance camera) on the following sites, and you'll see immediately why it is called so.
http://www.lextronic.fr/video/Camera-b/dome.htm
http://perso.wanadoo.fr/..parinor/pana/html/tagam.htm
http://www.cbhouse.fr/cd4/Francais/VIDEO-SURVEILLANCE/Pvideo...

I don't think you need any more than that...
