Explanation:
I think that "oxygen service" means a place or location where oxygen is supplied in larger quantity than available in regular atmosphere. For instance in a room where a sick person needs an oxygen-enriched environment. Or the tubing that brings oxygen to that room. Or a hyperbaric chamber, etc. It would be dangerous to use the product in such an oxygen-rich atmosphere because of the risk of fire or explosion. (the product probably contains a very volatile element that easily ignites in the presence of oxygen.)
