("Pass an exam" en anglais, signifiant "réussir" un examen et non juste le passer : un faux ami bien connu!) Particular qualification = d'un diplôme particulier, specifique. Donc votre phrase veut dire qu'il est possible qu'une note minimum dans un examen spécifique pourra être exigée par le demandeur.
