Explanation:
Les "Service Bulletin" sont des spécifications de modification d'avions (mais ça existe dans d'autres domaines).
Par exemple on trouve le moyen de diminuer la longueur du circuit hydraulique de 1,5 m, soit un gain de poids de XX kg.
On publie donc un SB (BS, bulletin de service) qui décrit en détail la modification proposée aux possesseurs d'avions et donne le prix du "kit" (on l'appelle aussi "lot [de modification]" et le délai de fourniture.
Certains SB sont impératifs (raisons de sécurité), d'autres facultatifs (simples améliorations), parfois gratuits.
J'en possède une belle collection.
Tout ça pour dire qu'on peut traduire comme Gilles "kit de bulletins service", mais ici je mettrais plutôt "kits [ou lots] de modification" (sous entendu "en application de Bulletins Service").

Dans le passage en question ça signifie que si le lessee reçoit des kits de modification gratuits qu'il n'a pas encore incorporé (ou installé ou monté) sur l'avion, il doit, quand il restitue l'avion, les mettre dans la soute avec le fret. (Ces kits seront montés par le lessor ou par une autre partie).
