simplement "vis Allen" (ou vis a six pans enfonces, vis creuse a six pans) Explanation: This assumes you are talking about screws and not directly of bolts. If it is really of bolts you want to talk about, it is a "boulon Allen". I think that the term "C/S" is redundant.
