Explanation:
Again talking about circuit-making robots, I have seen those on TV before, and there are two (or more) little devices that each work on the circuit board, soldering away, attaching components on the printed circuit. Each little device is of course controled by its own program. I assume that one is called the "right hand device", the other the "left hand device", and I suggest the translation above.
