English term or phrase: flexible hose, 1/2 inch NPT, 5 scfm, at 80 psi
Merci de votre aide pour : NPT, scfm.

French translation:conduit flexible, ½ pouce, 5 PCM, 80 psi
Explanation:
Flexible hose can be “tube flexible” or “conduit flexible”. This depends on the context.

NPT – stands for “National Pipe Thread (US)” (this can be NPTM (NPT Male) or NPTF (NPT female). A possible translation for “pipe thread” is “filetage gaz”. I think engineers know what “NPT” is; however, a description may be needed.

Psi – pound per square inch (unit of pressure) (= indice de pression). This is a standard abbreviation, and it remains the same in French – “PSI”.

Scfm means “standard cubic feet per minute”, which is a unit of flowrate. (= “pieds cubes standard par minute”). I have not found this abbreviation in French, but my google search showed some results for “pieds cubes par minute”, which is abbreviated as “pi 3 /mn” or “PCM”. In fact, you can use any of these two, because “standard” is often omitted.

I would translate your string as “conduit flexible, ½ pouce, 5 PCM, 80 psi”.

I hope that this will be helpful.

flexible, filetage 1/2 pouce NPT, débit 5cfm sous 80 psi

Explanation:
