There are so many translations for CSA that I do not know which one I should use!!!

s'il s'agit d'une boîte particulière, les acronymes sont probablement propres à la société. Il peut s'agir de noms de départements.

A tire personnel j'ai travaillé dans un call center CMA pour "Corporate & Major Accounts" et il ne venait à l'idée de personne de traduire.

Je pense que la seule personne qui peut te répondre est le client...

Tu as raison, je vais demander à mon client.
Concernant ta deuxième remarque, mon texte est rempli d'acronymes. Cela ferait un peu mauvais genre si je les laissais tels quels, ou pense-tu que ces termes internes doivent vraiment être laissés non traduits?
