Pour quelques explications sur le contrat de licence, c'est un contrat par lequel on s'engage à utiliser un produit dont nous n'achetons que la licence et la propriété du produit en lui-même reste au fabricant. Regardez vos manuels de n'importe quel logiciel, vous trouverez plus d'information (c'est le CLUPS) ou quelque chose comme ça qui est mentionné presque à chaque fois que l'on installe un logiciel (contrat de licence de l'utilisateur final).
