B2B / B2C Explanation: I've worked for BAAN, and the initials stand for: B2B = Business to Business, i.e. businesses that sell to other businesses via the Internet B2C = Business to Consumer / Customer, i.e. businesses that sell directly to consumers via the Internet, e.g. Amazon.
