English term or phrase:alignment of Down Stream
Picture 2 : Detailed alignments of the Inserting Device Cross Head Extruder and Down Stream
Explanation: Referring to my first "down stream" explanation, I would translate as follows :
"Détail des alignements de l'outil inséré dans l'ouverture de la tête d'extrusion et du flux de matière extrudée."
I suppose that the inserted device(s) is (are) used to give the crosssectional external and/or internal shape of the extruded matter/material.
with several devices inserted it is possible to extrude a profile with several holes in it. The outside shape and internl hole shape can be complex.
An inserted device can then be exchanged to change the profile of the extruded material. I guess it has to be aligned so that the material comes out in the right direction and/or the holes grow parallel to the outside profile.
I recently translated an Extruder service manual
