English to French translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Telecom(munications)
English term or phrase: Service Matters
This is being used in the document I am translating as a noun. I have only been able to find brief references on the Internet to court action in India. It seems to be something which can be "delivered". It can also be "used", and its use may constitute a violation of intellectual property rights. One "Service Matter" can be replaced by another.
I do hope someone can help me - (a) to understand what it is (b) maybe to translate into French.

service matters
simplement service? ou prestation de service?

Explanation:
des idées, aucune certitude, mais pense que service tt seul peut aller, simple et assez vague pour entrer ds le contexte sans aller à l'encontre de la loi indienne, même si un peu inexact, vaut mieux un peu flou que faux!!! (ooops, je sais c'est lâche mais...)

Explanation:
Just a thought; is there any case that it was meant to be Service Materials? I would give it a shot, because "service material" makes sense....
