English term or phrase: know thyself
Im looking for a Scot-gaelic translation for 'Know Thyself' that will be carved into a wooden frame.
Scot-gaelic prefered. Irish accepted.

Thanks

Explanation:
Is it correct? Yes

Does it mean what the English says? Yes

But it definitely lacks the zippiness of 'know thyself'.
However there isn't really much else out there. A bit like saying 'Connais-toi' in French...
