co-branding or co-branded

Explanation:
It would seem that the German term commonly used for this is co-branding or co-branded.
A Google search [in German] on "co-branded" yielded 54 hits, I list only the following URLs:
www.europ-assistance.at/news/Interunfall_Assistent.asp
www.bol.de/partner/affiliate_site_agreement.de.htm
www.whm-marketing.de/ecc/branding.htm
www.gigabell-bit.de/partner/kooperationen.html

A Google search, again in German, on "co branding" yielded about 1,700 hits.

I'd suggest s.th. like
"co-branded Banner" or maybe "co-branded Briefkopf" (if it is a letter). Else "co-branded Kopfzeile" or "co-branded Überschrift" might work for you.

Maybe you'll get some more ideas if you poke through some of the German websites that use the term.
HTH.

Zweiköpfiger Titel

Explanation:
If you want a German alternative, I suggest ZWEIKÖPFIGE TITELSEITE/BRIEFKOPF. If it's not the correct term you are looking for, I hope it will at least put you on the right track.

co-branded

Explanation:
Beide Logos erscheinen in der Kopfzeile
Kopfzeile mit beiden Logos

(header - would say, depending on context could be also - Banner, Kopftext, Seitentitel, Überschrift, Titelzeile)
