accdg. to Oxford Duden Aufprall = impact

impact = fig.
a)(heftige) (Ein-)wirkung, Auswirkungen
b) (starker) Eindruck
c) Wucht, Gewalt

zusammenprall = collision, (fig.) clash.
aufprallen (hart auftreffen) = crash, collide.
(both Oxford Duden).

I 'd prefer to keep 'impact' (with c, not k), but can't substantiate this suggestion.
In the web there are abundant German sites refering to 'impact and comics'.
But, with the impact being a POWERFUL IMPRESSION in a mental but not a physical sense.

If we are just describing the sound I would call it again Aufprall or Zusammenprall, Kollision.

I'm just guessing here, but I understand that you're asking about a general term for these impact "sounds", right? I'm assuming that you're writing/translating a text about these impacts ("sound effects") in comic strips.

If you don't actually need things like "Klirr" (glass breaking), "Knall" (Bang) etc, but the general word for all these impacts, I'd go for Geräuscheffekt.

Bang-bang!!!, Bums!!!

If it's meant as sound simulation akin to the common "POW!!!" in American strips, those are the closest I can think of

Geräuschblase; Tonblase

The speech in a comic is called Sprechblase. So I could imagine impacts can be called Tonblase!
