Part of product information on furniture, just a table, no further context except that these are different countries for each item. I assume the operating country is where the furniture is to be sold and the country of freight is where it comes from, but I'm not entirely sure. Any suggestions gratefully received - many thanks!

This is based on the assumption that the "operating country" is the "country of origin" and the "country of freight" is the country where the goods are being sold to.

Admittedly, I've never heard of "operating country" (in this context anyway) or "country of freight".
