I found that "reserve currencies" are "Reservewährungen", so "Reservezahlungen" could be a good translation because "Rückstellungszahlungen", "Ersatzzahlungen" or "die Zahlungen der Federal Reserve Bank/Zentralbank" does not seem to make much sense in your context. Hope this helps. Steffen
