I think the traffic lights symbology is here a good equivalent for "stoplight".

you can\'t possibly download a foil of sorts, brake- or trafficlights nor, i believe, a parrot. I wait in awe.
Perhaps they refer to some sort of intranet-safety tool in general, a term I am sure Steffen would know how to translate.
