Basically, there's no German equivalent for this concept - so you'll need to paraphrase it.

Read "play" for a speculative position; the concept of a leveraged position can be based on a risk position partially (often predominantly) financed by borrowing, or using derivatives where only a small portion of the notional amount is required upfront. This one is tricky: although options on Aixtron are tradable, I don't think this refers to derivatives; also, there's no indication of borrowing involved. My best guess is that in this case, leverage is achieved by the indirect exposure to the various markets Aixtron is directly exposed to.

It is, of course, difficult to translate this without seeing the entire text, but I'll give it a shot:
